My client, a HR and finance specialist are currently recruiting for a communications and engagement lead to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an experienced and independent company that provide a supportive work environment.

The right individual will be confident in working together with various teams in the business, be confident in managing stakeholders and will have previous experience in implementing and developing communication strategies.

Key responsibilities of the Communication and Engagement Lead;

· Implementing and develop new strategies

· Identifying stakeholders requirements and ensure these are met and impacts monitored

· Managing and creating content for communication channels including; events, email, newsletters and presentations

· Mentoring feedback and adjusting strategies as required

· Liaising with clients to ensure the highest quality of material

Key skills of the Communication and Engagement Lead;

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in implementing changes

· Confident in managing multiple projects

· Previous experience in using different communication channels

· Confident in building relationships
