Requirements for Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

➢Excellent oral and written communication proficiencies.

➢Profound knowledge with customer service protocols and principles.

➢Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

➢Capability to address customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a composed and professional demeanour.

➢Demonstrated expertise at the requisite skill level, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment.

➢Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team.

Responsibilities:

➢Designs and executes work initiatives and customer service activities.

➢Supervises and oversees daily tasks, including billing, final billing, work orders, returned items, phone operations, counter service, reception, and other departmental responsibilities.

➢Manages the daily schedule to ensure comprehensive customer support.

➢Provide feedback regarding the quality of large bulk hires

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,200.00-£29,000.00 per year
