You will have three key areas of responsibility:


Client Delivery:

You are required to have experience and/or accreditation for Enterprise or Solution Architecture, with business context to perform the following activities:

• Deliver high quality architecture services to address complex technology problems e.g. assessment, identification of inefficiencies, potential risk, growth restrictions
• Understand and articulate the importance underlying integration strategy, data architecture, security and operational processes
• Determine the migration and end state architecture principles - and articulate in a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture solution document
• Define and deliver architectural governance using standards and principles which align with business architecture
  

Market Development(progress into)

• Work with colleagues to identify and translate potential demand into new engagements
• Contribute to proposals and new client opportunities in the insurance market, including writing, shaping and presenting
• Understand business problems and identify commercial opportunities across insurance sector
  

Capability Development(progress into):

• Performance Manage other members of the team, to develop their careers and support the continued development of a vibrant and exciting team culture.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas of Insurance sector; General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life & Pensions, London Markets/Speciality
• Experience in assessing and advising clients on their end-to-end architecture, in terms of efficiency, risk, growth potential and robustness
• Able to understand and advisie on how best technology can underpin business strategy on a technical and capability level
• Have knowledge of full stack technology, with a view of CX/digital, Policy/Claims Administration Systems, integration strategies, data management, security and access controls - or be able to major in two or more
• Have knowledge of infrastructure and associated challenges/implications of cloud, data centre, or hybrid deployment
