In a nutshell

Reporting to the Manager – Cabin Insights and Performance this role is responsible for designing, producing, and analysing data for the entire Cabin team. You will provide insights on all critical Cabin team measures, inclusive of Voice of Customer, Performance Management and Operational Cabin metrics.

Day to Day


  • Provide analytical insights that drive performance
  • Supporting the Cabin Team with the day-to-day data driven tasks
  • Build and create insightful Power BI datasets and dashboards
  • Develop automated dashboards that solve and explore performance related drivers
  • Work with various stakeholders to agree delivery roadmaps and prioritization
  • Turn large numbers of ad-hoc requests and queries from the business into defined packages of work
  • Provide regular updates to the Manager – Cabin Insights and Performance on trends and themes in performance KPI’s
  • Suggest and design new KPIs to drive performance

About you

  • Ideally you will be able to share a clear understanding of airline and travel company operations
  • It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in working with analytical systems such as Power Bi and Excel
  • You will have experience of building self-service data platforms
  • You may have come from a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst role.
  • You will be a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of company metrics and business questions
  • You will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills
