eOne’s Family Brands division is an exciting, fast growing team within the global Hasbro family that specialises in the development, production, distribution and brand management of kid’s entertainment. Key properties in the brand portfolio include international pre-school TV phenomenon Peppa Pig; superhero hit PJ Masks; newly launched pre-school series Ricky Zoom; fashion brands My Little Pony, Equestria Girls and Jem; as well as action-adventure brands Transformersand Power Rangers.


Role Summary:

An experienced film publicity co-ordinator with excellent communication skills, first rate organisation ability and a high level of attention to detail who knows how to prioritise a busy workload whilst working across a variety of internal and external stakeholders. A collaborative team member with a proactive approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Press cuttings:

  • Managing cutting service
  • Collate and circulate coverage summaries

Screenings:

  • Assist in the booking of screenings liaising with the technical team & be responsible for PO’s.
  • Sign in screenings and be responsible for gathering RSVPs and reactions after screenings
  • Responsible for sending out invites to screenings
  • Co-ordinate FDA and festival screenings

Oversee PR materials:

  • Production notes
  • Update Panther with all new assets (production notes, images, EPK, clips, etc)
  • Update mailing list
  • Coordinate merchandise where relevant

Event logistics:

  • Co-ordinating booking travel, accommodation, junket rooms, cars and any other relevant event logistics
  • Co-ordinating accreditation, guests lists and check in desks
  • Co-ordinating event materials and briefing documents
  • Co-ordinating with agencies and stakeholders on logistics information
  • Raising POs for all event suppliers

Campaign Support and Project Management:

  • Working closing with Senior Publicity Manager and Head of Publicity on UK tours, festivals and campaign activities
  • Supporting on, and opportunity to project manage, key campaign elements such as kids press, regional press, media outreach and schedules, event organisation and influencer activity
  • Supporting senior publicists on budgets keeping them updated on POs
  • Working with online outlets, agencies and influencers when necessary
  • Working with creative, PR and event agencies
  • Participating in ideas sessions
  • Research projects for specific titles
  • Assisting at premieres (talent handling, making passes, assisting with ticketing)
  • Support with all screenings (RSVPs, catering)
  • Helping with press mail outs
  • Manage interns and runners (when appropriate)

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills are a must
  • Ability to communicate well and get things done in a pro-active manner
  • Creative outlook and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to juggle priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good proofreading skills
  • A strong passion for film
  • Flexibility/willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends
