Duties:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments meeting and manage the front desk
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager or operations staff

Requirements:

- Previous experience as receptionist or in an office role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
