Do you have experience working in a Payroll team? Are you well-organised, with great attention to detail? Then come lend your skills to a charity which supports people with a learning disability!

Based at our head office in Milton Keynes, you’ll use your skills to support the successful management of all matters relating to payroll, pension and staff support. You’ll work closely with other central support teams, especially HR and Recruitment, and you’ll liaise directly with staff around the organisation, answering a wide variety of queries.

We employ staff on a wide variety of contracts: full-time, term-time, part-time and casual contracts, and part of your role will be to produce information on probationary periods, leavers, sickness and other areas of employment.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week.

About you

You must have considerable experience in a Payroll team and have good general knowledge of pension administration and management. You’ll also:

  • Be well organised and able to prioritise
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office
  • Be able to communicate constructively, verbally and in writing

Ideally, you will have experience of iTrent, our payroll system, but if not, we will teach you what you need to know.

We will ask you to undertake occasional business travel, so you will be a driver with your own transport.
