Asset Services - Birmingham

We are currently looking for a Property Administrator who will be responsible for providing comprehensive property administrative support to our Birmingham Property Management team.

Forming one of Cushman & Wakefield’s core global service lines, our Asset Services are highly customised to unique operational priorities and financial goals of our clients. Offering full coverage to institutional and individual owners across 24 million sq ft of real estate investments under management throughout EMEA, our sector specialist services are provided across shopping centres, offices and mixed-use portfolios.

This role will see you working alongside a number or varied clients, as well as partnering with the wider Asset Services team.

You will be responsible for:


  • Lease reading and completing data entry forms for input onto Property Management Information Systems in accordance with Cushman & Wakefield standards and client KPIs, where required
  • Daily processing of invoices for suppliers and Cushman & Wakefield fees
  • Liaison with suppliers and contractors to place orders, resolve billing queries etc
  • Work with tenants to ensure their lease obligations fulfilled whilst promoting a “partnering” approach
  • Co-ordination of updates for reporting, to include chasing other agents for monthly updates, preparing and checking output
  • Run reports from our internal system to assist Account Managers and clients
  • Liaison with both internal and external clients to co-ordinate database services and information, including managing the processes involved in new property and/or portfolio management instructions and properties going out of management

We are looking for someone with good admin and stakeholder experience, if you have worked within a property environment or have knowledge in a similar environment. Other requirements for this role include:


  • A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (Grade A-C), including Maths and English
  • Good MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook skills
