General Catering Assistant (Primary school) Term time only

Please note that the hourly rate of this post is £11.05 per hour. This is made up of £9.50 per hour plus £1.55 per hour location allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Basic food preparation and cooking
  • Cleaning duties within the kitchen/dining area
  • Health & safety compliance
  • Food service to students & staff
  • Friendly and polite customer service
  • Basic IT skills
Ideal candidate
  • Previous catering experience desirable
  • Team player
  • Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
For a mobile/transporting role it is essential to have a valid driving licence and your own transport.
