This post is based at the Homerton University Hospital in Hackney; however the post holder will be expected to work across the various sites of the organisation and at other external locations as required.

We are looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and pro-active individuals to join the Clinical Information Systems (CIS) Team, part of the IT and Systems Department, to support delivery of the Clinical Information Systems helpdesk and training functions and services.

Responsible for supporting the main EPR systems in use at the Trust (Cerner Millennium and Servelec RiO) as well as other core clinical information systems, you will be a key contact point for all staff across the hospital that use these and other IT systems.

Providing helpdesk support and training there will be a strong emphasis on customer service, and excellent communication and facilitation skills are required. You will have a strong focus on quality, understanding the importance of data quality as well as being able to work across teams to understand and deliver solutions to problems.

Working hours: Full Time 37.5 per week
