Tateossian, the global wholesaler and retailer in luxury men’s accessory and jewellery has a unique opportunity for a creative and dedicated Junior Graphic Designer with a strong luxury fashion background and excellent Adobe Suite Creative skills.
The ideal candidate would have gained some Graphic Design experience in the fashion industry with photography, retouching experience and basic knowledge of Video Editing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous professional who takes pride in delivering uniquely created, effective visuals, catalogues and graphic designs to reflect this innovative, niche-market jewellery brand and its sophisticated product range.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work within the Graphic Design Team under their guidance to assist in all visuals, taking projects from initial concept to completion.
Taking, and re-touching sophisticated, classy pack shot photographs for style books, website, tablets and internal bespoke IT systems.
Driving traffic to the website through trendy and effective digital images for newsletters.
Assist in maintaining the creative strategy and the effective development of visual identity.
Dealing with daily creation of products on the website backend, making sure the images are up to standard and checking for any mistakes; assist with copy writing.
Take and edit product shots then retouch for maximum exposure and impact for the website and Tateossian Stylebook.
Effective file management through MS Windows, OSX and FTP (renaming, resizing, uploading).
Continuously contribute to outstanding graphic design outcomes whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
Carry out ad-hoc duties for the team as required, including filing, administration tasks, call rounds and filing meeting minutes.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Previous graphic design, videoing and photography experience within a fashion, luxury and/or jewellery sector.
A keen eye for detail and tendency to deliver outstanding creative artwork.
Experience in photo retouching.
Good working knowledge of the Creative Suites (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Manage projects simultaneously, staying on-brief and on-brand.
Fluent English, written and oral.
Approachable and results-focused.
Strong prioritising skills.
Mature approach to work and resilient in dealing with challenging situations.
Hands on and entrepreneurial approach to working.
