What’s the role?
Reporting to the Regional Head of Leadership and Talent Development, you’ll play a critical role supporting our development efforts for our business. This role is about more than scheduling training. We’ll trust you to create an extraordinary and memorable experience for our employees from start to finish, and be comfortable partnering with senior level stakeholders and external vendors on a regular basis. You will have the responsibility of managing the execution of our development offerings, including, orientation and onboarding, leadership development programs, Bloomberg skills training, coaching, psychometric assessments, and more.
You will be joining a team of Talent professionals who are passionate about development and superior customer experience. We’ll trust you to be proactive and always be three steps ahead - always looking to streamline and improve our employees’ development journey as well as our internal processes.

We’ll trust you to:
- Coordinate a high volume of scheduling tasks quickly and accurately
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to develop and maintain the enterprise training calendar
- Coordinate all event logistics, including room bookings, materials and catering
- Assist in planning and driving leadership training and professional skills, including communication to participants
- Ensure systems are updated and training attendance documented
- Produce reporting to show program participation and feedback and work closely with Talent Operations team on questions, reporting, and coordination
- First point of contact for employees for scheduling queries and resolution
- Program manage new hire orientation and onboarding, helping to create an optimal 365 day new hire experience
- Assist in organizing ongoing new hire events including, networking and panel events
- Facilitation of our new hire welcome event and panel events
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization on day to day tasks as well as larger initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and leadership assessment requirements for all courses
- You’ll need to have:
- Substantial work experience, in a coordination/administrative role
- Experience in project and program coordination
- Proven success in managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects, whilst demonstrating flexibility
- The ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction
- Resilience and tenacity to overcome obstacles and maintain progress and composure within a high volume environment
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail across the board
- Proven experience in process optimization
- Exceptional communication skills, good judgment and a passion for customer service
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Resourcefulness, and the self-motivation to learn our craft and business
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software as needed
- Ability to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Passion for leadership and talent development and growing a career in this space
- Prior experience in HR/Administration
- Knowledge of Leadership and Talent Development, HR concepts, policies and procedures
- Enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiency
