Are you passionate about making sure families get the support they need, as soon as they need it? Are you experienced in working with many different stakeholders to engage a wide audience and communicate with the public and across communities and partners on the development of new initiatives and services?
We are looking for a great communicator, creative and experienced in delivering engagement and communication projects that bring together stakeholders involved and interested in babies, children and young people’s development and wellbeing. For example building websites, communicating online apps, writing newsletters, press releases, managing online social media and connecting people together to share their knowledge and up to date information.
We are delighted that Plymouth is one of 75 local authority areas nationally to be eligible for Start for Life/Family Hubs funding for the next 2 years. The Engagement and Communications Officer will support the Programme Manager and Partners to deliver on the development of our Family Hubs programme in Plymouth.
