FANCY WORKING FOR ONE OF THE BEST PRACTICES IN THE COUNTRY? Then read on! Due to upcoming extensive practice refurbishment and expansion, we have a vacancy for a qualified RVN to join us. We are passionate about personality and place far more importance on hiring the right person to fit in and complement our existing team. So if you’ve recently qualified, don’t let that put you off as full support and mentoring comes as standard!

The nitty gritty:
  • Flexible working of 40 hours a week:
o 5 x 8hr shifts Mon-Fri (equally shared mix of 8am–4.30pm or 10.30am–7pm shifts)
o OR 4 x 10hr shifts with 1 weekday off
o 1:4 Saturdays 8am – 4.30pm with time off in lieu the following week
  • Equal mix of theatre, in patient care and consulting duties, no reception or admin duties and scheduled 30min lunch breaks that do happen
  • Birthday leave, 5.6 weeks annual leave incl bank holidays as standard rising to 6.6 weeks incl bank holidays after 2 years’ service. Further incentives at 10y service
  • CPD budget of £1k per year with paid time off to attend, funding and support towards further qualifications actively encouraged
