Location: Residential Developments x 3 in Salford

Permanent - 36 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday plus Sunday 9am - 1pm)

We’re looking for a dedicated Caretaker at 3 of our residential developments who wants to make a difference and thrives in a challenging environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to extend your experience working with our Buildings Manager to provide residential services to a high standard.

Main responsibilities include:

• Carrying out day-to-day waste management duties to our dedicated waste rooms.
• Carrying out communal cleaning tasks ensuring the development is presented to high standard.
• Undertaking daily checks to the external areas with minor gardening tasks.
• Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records
• Assisting and supporting The Building Manager in the daily maintenance duties.
• Providing meter readings for residents.

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
