About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Head of Photography Production in the delivery of stills and film assets at every level of the business.
- Ensuring the smooth running of all campaign and ‘always-on’ creative production
- Be the knowledge on casting for the brand through owning relationships with model agencies and or casting agents
- Ensure all seasonal campaign logistics are delivered against the seasonal critical path
- To negotiate and book all photographic and image requirements to achieve the Creative Brief across channels.
- To deliver all imagery to the highest creative excellence in line with the Creative Brief and on budget
- Manage the delivery and the execution of the shoots within the given deadlines
- To challenge colleagues and suppliers, when needed, to ensure that money is spent well
- The identification, resolution and escalation of issues associated with the delivery of any project
- Manage internal and external resource efficiently to deliver all aspects of film and photo production
About the Role
- History of working in photographic and film production
- Ability to make strict budgets work across all deliverables
- Deep knowledge of working in fashion production from commissioning photographers to casting models
- Knowledge of the creative process and understanding of how to translate the creative vision in to a tangible production
- Experience in working with in-house product teams to ensure we are shooting the right product against the business needs set out in every
- A sound understanding of how to stretch budgets to deliver against ever-changing demands of modern marketing
