I have partnered with a prestigious global PE firm in their search for a newly created Senior HR Manager position to support the global Head of HR. This is a true generalist role, so will need to be happy & capable of operating at both a strategic and operational level, from coordination to liaising with c-suite. Ideally, they are looking for someone with a background in Private Equity, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer recruitment globally, taking complete ownership of approach and setting up hiring strategy, including overseeing this.
  • Administer onboarding and induction for all
  • Build out and oversee a first-class onboarding experience for new employees and ensure new and existing employees have the support and development.
  • Manage the evaluations for mid-year and end-year processes which include planning, effective communication across the business, and ensuring that the necessary administration is up to date.
  • Help develop employee communication across the company, ensuring that performance management, promotion and development are understood by all staff.
  • Provide management, advice and guidance to individuals and managers relating to all employee relations issues.
  • Organise and maintain all HR records.
  • Work with the Global Head of HR to drive all HR events throughout the year, including but not limited to annual performance, compensation, and promotion cycles.
  • Provide high-quality written and spoken HR communications across all offices, including specific updates to leadership, management, and employees.
  • Develop strong relationships with leadership, management, and employees.

Skills:

  • Professional experience in Human Resources/Capital with a background in an international business ideally within PE/VC, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance industry
  • English (fluent), other European languages.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
  • Good at relationship building, influence and persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills.
