We’re recruiting for a new team of Telecoms Sales Agents to join our Manchester location.

You’ll have the chance to work on a campaign for one of the UK’s leading telecoms providers, helping them to expand their customer base in the Manchester area. With full product training, you will quickly master the skills to be a successful sales agent.

What will the Telecoms Sales Agent role involve?

  • Being the face and voice of our clients brand handling face to face customer queries and sales processing
  • Tailored face to face marketing presentations, making sure we acquire new customers for our clients
  • Delivering KPIs, working as a team, and driving results
  • Attending client training meetings and gaining industry knowledge
