The Role: As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering a culture of high performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will directly impact our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor and analyse team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to your sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including key accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A deep understanding of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed.
